Best cyborgs in fiction

For this, some are more robotic than human and others are more human or at least flesh-based than robotic. If fact some of these you may seriously debate being on the list at all but I thought, what they hey, lets just add them because they're awesome characters. At the very least this might prompt you to go pull out one or two of your favourite movies or books.

Personally, I like a good mental mix of robot and mortal rather than just a robotic hand or arm. But still, additional strength and guns are always fun.
